Arathorns Alley
Finally a law was enacted that makes sence believe it or not. The Arizona legislature has made a law that simply stated enables whoever rescues someone from winning the Darwin Award is able to recoup up to $2000.00 towards the cost of the rescue. It seems that folks would ignore warnings not to cross a swollen stream and get swept away by raging waters must now re-imburse the rescuers for their efforts. Way To Go Arizona ....if they wanna be stupid at least let them py the frieght. At least that is the way I see it here on Arathorns Alley.

They should have to pay for it.
How many times has the coast guard been called out to rescue freakin boaters who knew of the storm warnings coming across their radios?
Simple natural selection if the thing went down I say.
I have to agree, you take the risks you live (or die) with the results.
