If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away~

~If he doesn't want you, nothing can make him stay.~

~Stop making excuses for a man and his behavior~

~Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from
heartache~

~ Stop trying to change yourself for a relationship
that's not meant to be~

~Never live your life for a man before you find what
makes you truly happy~

~If a relationship ends because the man was not
treating you as you deserve then heck no, you can't
"be friends. A friend wouldn't mistreat a friend~

~Don't settle. If you feel like he is stringing you
along, then he probably is~

~Don't stay because you think "it will get better."
You'll be mad at yourself a year later for staying
when things are not better~
~ The only person you can control in a relationship
is you.

~Avoid men who've got a bunch of children by a bunch
of different women. He didn't marry them when he got
them pregnant, why would he treat you any
differently?

Always have your own set of friends separate from
his~

~Maintain boundaries in how a guy treats you~

~ If something bothers you, speak up~

~ Never let a man knoweverything. He will use it
against you later~

~You cannot change a man's behavior. Change comes
from within~

~ Don't EVER make him feel he is more important than
you are... even if he has more education or in a
better job~

~Never let a man define who you are~

~ Never borrow someone else's man. If he cheated
with you, he'll cheat on you~

~A man will only treat you the way you ALLOW him to
treat you. All men are NOT dogs~

~You should not be the one doing all the bending...
compromise is two way street~

~You need time to heal between relationships...
there is nothing cute about baggage

~Deal with your issues before pursuing a new
relationship~

~You should never look for someone to COMPLETE
you... a relationship consists of two WHOLE
individuals... look for someone complimentary... not
supplementary~

~Dating is fun... even if he doesn't turn out to be
Mr. Right. Make him miss you~

~Sometimes... when a man always know where you are,
and you're always readily available to him - he
takes it for granted~

~Don't fully commit to a man who doesn't give you
everything that you need. Keep him in your radar but
get to know others.~

Share this with other women and men (just so they
know)... You'll
make someone smile, another rethink her/his choices,
and another woman prepare, and a man aware.

your Situation!"

For all those who believe in the Father in heaven our Lord.

"A Health and Healing Prayer
through the lord"

"The Lord will take away from thee all sickness"

Dear Father in heaven, to whom all men lift their faces, make me quiet in this time and prayer that they loving heart may bring to me (or who every it maybe) health and all healing.

For I(they) have been so worried about my(their/his/her) health, dear Father, sometimes it just seems that sickness and worry, weariness and pain drain this very strength from my/their bones.

I know thou hast pity, loving father, for thou didn't watch over thine only son suffer and cry. So please help me, (or who ever it may be), They child, in my/their weakness and pain.

Truely I thank thee for they servants, the doctors and their medicines, Father, and may they feel they are worthy disciples of the Great Physicans. Please guide me/them so I/they also can do their part in bringing back health to me/them.

I/they want to be well not alone for myself (themselves), dear Lord, but for my dear ones who need me and for thee, that I may once again go about they business, so please, father of health, give me this, they blessings.

And now, Father as I close my prayer, truly I feel the warmth that is the strength of they spirit working within my soul and body, truely I feel so much stronger and full of hope and I do thank thee, my father. I do have faith in thee and I do look foward to thy help-and even the thought of it gives me hope and pease. Amen

Discourse on Lovingkindness

Let your love flow outward through the universe,
To its height, its depth, its broad extent,
A limitless love, without hatred or enmity.
Then as you stand or walk,
Sit or lie down,
As long as you are awake,
Strive for this with a one-pointed mind;
Your life will bring heaven to earth.

- The Buddha

A Prayer to the High Gods at Bedtime

As I go to bed, I pray to the High Gods.
I offer you my worship, and ask you to bless my family.
I ask if I have done anything today to offend you.
If I have, I ask for forgiveness and for guidance,
that I might walk the sacred path in peace and in beauty.
As I go to bed, I pray to the gods of my household.
I offer you my worship and ask you to bless my family.
I ask if I have done anything today to offend you.
If I have, I ask for forgiveness and for guidance,
that I might walk the sacred path in peace and in beauty.
As I go to bed, I pray to the Ancestors.
I do you honor and ask you to bless my family.
I ask if you I have done anything to offend you.
If I have, I ask for forgiveness and for guidance,
that I might walk the sacred path in peace and in beauty.
As I go to bed, I pray to all numinous beings.
I do you honor and ask that you extend your blessings over me and mine.

Prayer for Peace on Earth

Send Thy peace O Lord, which is
perfect and everlasting,
that our souls may radiate peace.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that we
may think, act and speak harmoniously.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that we
may be contented and thankful for
Thy bountiful gifts.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that amidst
our worldly strife, we may enjoy Thy bliss.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that we
may endure all, tolerate all, in the thought of
Thy grace and mercy.

Send Thy peace O Lord, that our lives
may become a Divine vision and in Thy light,
all darkness may vanish.

Send Thy peace O Lord, our Father and Mother,
that we Thy children on Earth may all
unite in one family.

- Hazrat Inayat Khan

Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love,
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith,
Where there is despair, hope,
Where there is darkness, light,
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much
seek to be consoled as to console,
not so much to be understood as to understand,
not so much to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
it is in dying that we awake to eternal life.

- St. Francis of Assisi

Angels are said to "carry" our prayers to God (a kind of figurative way of speaking, like the expression, "I carry the people I love in my heart"), which shows how all of creation is beautifully bound together: men and angels in Christ, in God.

Meditation Healing

and Sharing Healing Light with the World

Sit or Lie down in a comfortable position

Take a deep breath in

Breath out

State this prayer to call in the highest energy available to you or state this:

“I thank the Universe for your love and your light as I call forth the highest Angels to bring me power, healing and light energy. I thank you for your protection as I do so and I thank you that I AM a clear and pure channel of this loving light. Amen.”

Take a deep breath and hold it (1…2…)

Breathe out and hold it (1…2…)

Take a deep breath and hold it (1…2…3…)

Breathe out and hold it (1…2…3…)

Take a deep breath and hold it (1…2…3…4…)

Breathe out and hold it (1…2…3…4…)

Continue to breathe calmly yet deeply.

State your intention to the Universe of what you would like to create for your life at this time…

(Intentions here)

State:

Universe

show me clear signs

that you have heard me

and that these things

will be done.

You are now becoming one with the Universe.

Feel the light flowing in through your crown chakra and up through your root chakra, meeting at your heart chakra. This light energy flow is continuously pouring out of your heart chakra.

Take a deep breath in and hold it (1…2…3...)

Breathe it out, and hold it out (1…2…3…)

Deep breath in, hold it (1…2…3…)

Breathe out, hold it (1…2…3…)

Take a big, deep breath in, hold it (1…2…3…)

Breathe out, hold it out (1…2…3…)

Talking to your cells, state with power:

“Cells, I want you to start vibrating with the highest light energy you can hold.”

Breathe

“Cells, conform to the highest energy or remove yourself from my system with new, perfect cells replacing you.”

“All is made right within my cells immediately.”

Breathe

“Cells, you are now in complete and perfect balance.”

Deep breath in, sealing this intention.

Breathe out

Talking to your organs, state:

“Organs, I want you to function with the highest light energy you can hold.”

All is made right within my organs immediately.”

Breathe

“Organs, you are now in complete and perfect balance.”

Take a deep breath in, sealing this intention.

Breathe out.

Speaking to your arteries and veins:

“Arteries and veins, I want you to function and flow with the highest Light energy you can hold.”

“Arteries and veins, you are now flowing smoothly and perfectly throughout all of my body.”

Breathe.

“All is made right within my arteries and veins immediately.”

“Arteries and veins, you have just been cleansed by the highest light.”

Take a deep breath in, sealing this intention with light.

Breathe out.

Now state any part of your body that you want to pour this powerful light energy into.

State:

“_____, you are now made perfect, whole and complete with the highest light.”

Knowing this and believing this, take a deep breath in...

Breathing in that light.

Breathing out anything left that is not of the highest light energy in your body.

“All is made right throughout my entire body.”

Visualize a cross of light within a circle of light, sealing and protecting what you have done.

Breathe

Take a few moments to feel your body responding to what you have said.

Feel the power of what you have accomplished.

Now taking this light that is flowing through you

Send it to the room that you are now in and to every living thing in it.

See the light filling the room.

Continue to do your breathing.

Now send this light throughout the building that you are in … see the light flowing through your heart and expanding into the building.

Send this light to the street or neighborhood you are currently in. See the light encompassing the entire area.

Where there is light, no dark can be.

Take a deep breath in and allow more light to flow in through your crown chakra and up through your root chakra and out of your heart.

Now send this strong, loving light even further, surrounding the city that you are in.

Nothing can stop this light from encompassing and filling the city.

Now take this light and send it to the state that you are in.

Visualize an outline of your state and see the light engulfing it.

The light must go wherever you send it.

See the light infusing into the dirt and flowing upward into the sky.

Take a deep breath in

Breathe out

Now send this light to your country.

See the country outline and infuse it with this loving light that is flowing through you right now.

Take a deep breath in

Breathe out.

Send this powerful, strong, loving light to all the continents and land masses of Mother Earth.

We will state the continents by name…Antarctica, South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.

By stating these names, we know the light is infusing these places at this time.

Now send this light to the waters that surround the continents and sustain us.

Every stream, river, lake, and ocean is renewed at this moment with the highest light energy.

Now take a deep breath in…hold it

Breathe out…hold it

Now pull your vision out into space

And look at Mother Earth

See her completely surrounded in this light that you are channeling from the Source.

Breathe and hold the intention that light is healing all at this very moment.

There are no judgments on where you think it is needed.

You are the channel, allowing this powerful, loving light energy to flow through you.

Feel complete peace, light and love.

State:

I AM peace.

I AM light.

I AM love.

Take a deep breath in

Breathe out.

Know you have touched all things.

In these moments, change occurred.

You have affected all by channeling this powerful, loving light energy.

Take a deep breath in and hold it

And breathe out and release.

Many Blessings to you…

Breathing the Light

Take a deep breath,

Breathe out

Continue to breathe naturally throughout this entire meditation.

Imagine yourself like a strong tree

Your branches being your spirituality;

your human body is the trunk of the tree;

your roots are what grounds you to Mother earth.

Now imagine that there is light pouring down from the sky through your spiritual branches.

This wonderful light enters your body through the crown of your head

And flows all the way down through your body and out through your feet into Mother earth.

As it enters the earth, imagine that you have long, strong roots burrowing down.

This light energy mixes with the rich soil and crisp, clean water deep within Mother earth.

~ pause ~

This newly purified light energy then flows back up through your roots; through your feet.

Feel it open and implode with light energy into each of your chakras as it flows past each one of them continuing out your crown chakra.

This light energy branches out past the sky, the planets and the stars and continues out into the Universe.

There it gathers more light energy of an even purer form.

~ pause ~

This more powerful light energy pours back down into your body; through your spiritual branches; through your chakras and into each and every cell of your body;

Healing, renewing and making whole each and every cell, from your head to your toes.

All within your body is made perfect with this light energy.

~ pause ~

This powerful light energy continues to flow down into your spiritual roots deeper than ever before.

It travels down through the deep rich soil and the purifying water to reach the fire within the earth.

This fire refines the light energy.

~ pause ~

This refined light energy then travels up through the Earth into your body through your spiritual roots, then into each and every cell in your body and out through your head into your spiritual branches reaching even farther into the heavens pushing closer to the throne of God.

~ pause ~

This light energy is now in its purest form of love.

~ pause ~

This powerful, loving light energy then flows back down into you through this path that we have cleared.

This is a continual path upward into the heavens and downward into Mother earth, grounding you;

yet linking you to the purest spiritual form of light energy of God.

This light will continue to implode and explode from your body after this meditation.

Whatever situation you think of will have this light energy placed into it.

Whoever you think of will have this light energy given to them.

They then carry the energy to pass off to others.

There are no limits to the light energy;

as you pass off the light more is given to you.

Call forth this light energy at any time.

State as God did when He called forth the light at the beginning of time: "Light in Me; BE!"

We thank you Lord, that you have shown us how to call on this powerful, pure, loving light energy! We ask that you continually show us how to use this light to help others. As it is stated; so shall it be!

Real Love vs. Conditioned Love from the book YESTERDAY I CRIED

by: Iyanla Vanzantz

When you need to be loved, you take love wherever you can find it. When you are desperate to be loved, feel love, know love, you seek out what you think love should look like. When you find love, or what you think love is, you will lie, kill, and steal to keep it. But learning about real love comes from within. It cannot be given. It cannot be taken away. It grows from your sense of self. It grows from your ability to re-create within yourself, and for yourself, the essence of loving experiences you have had in your life. When you have not had loving experiences, or when you do not have a sense of self, the true essence of love eludes you. Instead, you hold onto, reach out to, and find yourself embroiled in, your mistaken beliefs about yourself and love.

Unconditional love does not mean that you accept or condone mistreatment. It does not mean you excuse people their faults and frailties. It does mean you see them, accept them, and love them, despite the things you may not like about them.

The Capacity To Give and Receive Unconditional Love

The most fundamental characteristic of God is that it offers you an experience of unconditional love. This is a kind of love which differs from romantic love or even ordinary friendship. It entails an absolute caring for the welfare of another without any preconditions. That is, no matter how another person appears or acts, you have compassion and care for them without judgment. As you develop a deeper connection with God, you come to experience greater degrees of unconditional love in your life. You feel your heart opening more easily to people and their concerns. You feel freer of judgment toward them or of making comparisons among them. Unconditional love shows up both in your increased capacity to give love to others and to experience more of it coming into your life. You begin to experience less fear and more joy in your life and help to inspire others to experience their own capacity for unconditional love. This kind of love also manifests itself through the experience of having everything you need in your life to get on with what you want to do.

Tears from the book; Yesterday I cried

by Iyanla Vanzant

Throughout our many experiences of life, we cry different kinds of tears. What we are probably not aware of is that each type of tear emanates from a specific place in the body, and that each type has certain distinct characteristics

Angry tears spill forth from outside corner of the eye, making them easier to wipe away as they come at unexpected moments and inappropriate times. They originate in the ego – the part of our being that presents to the world who we think we are. Angry tears create heat and stiffness in the body, because when we are angry, we usually don’t know how to express what we feel.

Sad tears spill forth from the inside corner of the eye, finding their way across our nose, cheeks, and lips. For some reason we always lick sad tears. We know that they are salty, and the things that bring them forth are usually the bitter experiences in life. Sad tears come from the heart. They usually bring a bending of the shoulders and a drooping of the head.

Frightened tears take up the entire eye, clouding our vision, as fear will do. When we are frightened, we cannot see or think. Frightened tears are usually big tears that well up in the eye. They spill over the whole face. Frightened tears come from the souls of the feet. They shoot through the body and create trembling or shaking.

Then there are shame filled tears, which fall when we are alone with our thoughts and feelings. Shame filled tears come when we are judging ourselves, criticizing ourselves, or beating up on ourselves for something purely human that we have done yes we can’t explain to ourselves or to others. Shame filled tears come from the pit of the stomach and usually cause us to bend over – not in pain but anguish.

Combination tears are the worst tears of all. They are filled with anger sadness, with fear and shame. They have a devastating effect on the body, bringing the stiffness of anger, the drooping of sadness, the trembling of fear, and the bending of shame. The make you cold when you are hot. They make you tremble when you are trying to keep still. Most of all they make you nauseated.

It is the tears that have got us through the darkest days and the hardest times. Many of us have been able to float on our tears to a new and better understanding of ourselves and the things we have experienced in life. Through our tears, we get in touch with those experiences that we have forgotten, hidden, or buried away in the pit of our souls.

The unshed tears of our many experiences color and cloud our thoughts. As we try to move without allowing the tears to flow freely, we find ourselves repeatedly in similar experiences. Unshed tears get caught in our throats, making it hard for us to speak our truth and honestly express who we are as we move through life.

Tears come from our inability to tell our story. “Tell your story. Your story will heal you, and it will heal someone else.” There is a need to not only tell your story, but also to cry at the appropriate episodes. There are the times when we are unable to cry, unable to speak, unable to express ourselves, unable to lift ourselves up. In those times, we need someone else to cry for us.

Joyful tears spring forth from the heart and allow you to stand straight. Joyful tears move up the spine and across the brain and bring you to a new understanding the the sad tears were necessary, that each tear was a prayer, that tomorrow will be better than today. Joyful tears free you up to celebrate you Self, your healing, and your progressive process.

All the tears you need to grow, all the tears you need to cleanse, all the tears you need to share are available. Do the crying. Do the healing. And do the growing so that you can be all and celebrate all God created you to be. Find the lessons beneath the tears, and the ability to love yourself no matter what, and in spite of it all.

Here is the message we have heard from God and now tell to you: God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.

So if we say that we have fellowship with God, but we continue living in darkness, then we are liars. We do not follow the truth.

God is the light. We should live in the light, too. If we live in the light, we share fellowship with each other. And when we live in the light; The blood of the death of Jesus, God's Son, is making us clean from every sin.

If we say that we have no sin, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth is not in us. But if we confess our sins, he will forgive us our sins

We can trust God. He does what is right. He will make us clean from all wrongs we have done. If we say that we have not sinned, then we make God a liar. We do not accept God's true teaching.

Millions of Americans also carry a heavy legacy of sexual guilt and shame which blocks their ability to appreciate sex as a divine gift. Over and over, people tell me that their parents rarely or never talked about sex, and pretended to be asexual.

Many of us were raised in religious traditions that considered sex "unspiritual" if not downright sinful. In contrast, most indigenous people revere sex as an encounter with the spirit worlds. Sobonfu Some, a teacher from the African Dagara tribe, says that her language has no words for "having sex." The equivalent Dagara phrase translates as "going on a journey together"—a journey guided, according to Dagara belief, by the spirits of the ancestors. Moreover, the Dagara believe that though this journey is taken in private, it benefits the entire community because in the process, the human and the spirit worlds are brought into alignment.

Sex is not a genital activity; in fact, it is not an activity at all, but rather an aspect of the creative life force also known as Kundalini, which can enliven and electrify us at every stage of life.

Sacred sexuality can be etheric and gentle, or it can be bawdy, raucous, and funny. Cutting through the ego's pretentiousness, it reconnects us with the innocent joy of our animal bodies and gifts us with the medicine of wild, liberating laughter. Therefore, the ancient Greeks called Aphrodite the "laughter-loving" goddess who was always surrounded by children.

We all need to find our access to ecstasy, for the soul's hunger for ecstasy is as real and urgent as the body's hunger for food. When people become obsessed with sex they are in fact starving for ecstasy. Our society will not have a healthy attitude to sex as long as it fails to acknowledge ecstasy as a basic human need which people will try to satisfy by any means, including alcohol, drugs, and self-destructive sex. Modern Western civilization is probably the first that has no ecstatic rituals. Creating our own version of the Sufi Zikrs, the Pagan spring festivals, or the ancient Greek mysteries could address the longing that drug-prevention programs and sex education cannot fulfill.

As an energy that transports the soul back and forth between the unmanifest and the manifest dimensions, sex has always been of special interest to healers, shamans, priests and priestesses who felt called to serve as go-betweens between the worlds. In the past, only very few, select individuals were called to this path. Today however, the urgent evolutionary need of the planet is causing a mass spiritual awakening.

For some, sexuality has served as a catalyst that forced them to abandon the path of organized religion and find their own way through difficult, uncharted terrain. Richard, now happily partnered with another gay man, was formerly a highly respected Zen Buddhist teacher and monk. "I saw desire as a big no-no," he told me. "The Buddha taught that attachment to impermanent objects causes suffering.

Marriage (in which I include any long-term, committed sexual relationship) is perhaps the most radical voyage of personal transformation a spiritual seeker could embark on. But short sexual involvements, too, deserve to be honored as spiritual teachers. Every sexual attraction carries a message from spirit which we will fail to hear if we simply chalk it up to random "chemistry".

If we would experience sex as a luminous, light-filled miracle, we must approach it with eyes of reverence and with a mind free of judgment and shame.

Among the many manifestations of divine light, few are more beautiful than sex with its rich amber glow, its red-hot sparks, and its sweet honey flavor. Sex carried us all into life, and every now and then, it affords us a glimpse of paradise and of the radiance that is our true home. Sex is one of the most potent spiritual teachers we will ever encounter. It's high time to give it credit for the inner growth it triggers and to gratefully acknowledge the vast generosity of a gift that connects us with the ecstasy of creation.

Ten Steps Towards Sexual Wholeness

1. Tell your story in sacred space.

Telling your story is a powerful way of coming out of sexual isolation, owning and integrating your experience. Sometimes, it can even be a lifesaver. Words carry power, and naming your truth in the presence of compassionate, attentive witnesses is tremendously empowering. However, this deeply intimate process should always be contained in a sanctuary space of sorts, which might be a therapist's office or a trusted friend's living room. I do not recommend telling your story outside of sacred space, which I define as an environment where your story will be received with attention, compassion and reverence, where you will not be judged or shamed, and where your request for confidentiality will be respected. Like the body, so the psyche too has its "private parts" where a person holds their deepest, most intimate secrets, as well as their most vulnerable feelings, memories, hopes and fears. Your story is sacred, and you would no more want to share it with an inappropriate audience that you would want to have sex with inappropriate partners.

2. Embrace pleasure as a friend.

Wilhelm Reich was one of the first to realize how much we fear pleasure. When Joanna had an orgasm that left her, in her own words, "at the center of the universe, totally at one with everything," she reacted not with elation but with terror. Perversely, we often view pain as safe, even virtuous, while associating pleasure with decadence and sin. "In Catholic school, I learned that suffering was good," one man told me. "Jesus suffered, and so did the martyrs. Nobody went to heaven for having a good time."

Provided our pleasure does not harm ourselves or others, we should consider it healthy, healing, and holy. Sacred sexuality honors pleasure as a gift from God, and as nature's way of letting us know what is good for us. Welcome pleasure into every moment of your life, and embrace it as a friend, guide, and teacher.

3. Find time and space to open to your sexuality by yourself.

Masturbation, or self-pleasuring, to use a more positive word, can be a voyage of self-discovery and an experience of truly making love to yourself. It's just one way, though—remember that there are a million ways to "turn on" to yourself. Get naked, wrap a shawl around your hips, and do an erotic dance. Go out on a warm summer night and lie on the damp grass, letting your body commune with the earth'. A good lover is a priceless gift, but please don't buy into the belief that without a lover, you can't be sexual!

3. Take responsibility for the partners you attract.

The foundation of sacred sexuality is love, and love begins with self love. If you have a history of choosing inappropriate partners, you can safely assume that in some way, you still feel unworthy or undeserving of the love you want. Learn as much as possible about where and why you go astray. Watch out for patterns of "making do," condoning abuse, or settling for relationships that are ultimately destructive and undermining. Sacred sex involves not only physical nakedness but also emotional and spiritual nakedness. Take a good hard look at who you are getting naked with.

4. Learn to express your sexual desires and needs.

Good sex requires honest communication. Don't expect your partner to read your mind. Unfortunately, fear and shame cause many otherwise articulate men and women to become mute in bed. Alexandra spent ten years in a sexually frustrating marriage before she finally found the courage to ask her husband for what she wanted. "As a good, red-blooded American girl, I was brought up to believe that the man had to give you sexual pleasure, and that if he didn't give it to you, there was no way to get it." As it turned out, Alexandra's husband was more than happy to oblige her. Yet one wonders how many relationships fail because partners dare not express their desires.

6. Slow down and relax.

We all know that stress is the number one killer in our society. Besides felling thousands of people every year, it also cripples our sexuality. Slowing down—way down—is essential to sacred sexuality. Ecstatic lovemaking occurs only within sacred time, time out of time; it cannot tolerate being cramped into tight schedules. "Quickies" can be wonderful. Still, they are the sexual equivalent of fast food. Give yourself the gift of a gourmet meal now and then!

7. Relax while aroused.

As we get aroused, we tend to tense up. Practice doing the opposite. Instead of tensing, relax and allow pleasure to spread throughout your body. This runs against our grain because we generally want to reach orgasm as quickly as possible. To do so, we tense, thereby concentrating our excitement in the genital area. Often, we unconsciously hold our breath at the same time. Try breathing deeply and allowing yourself to relax into increasing levels of sexual arousal, without rushing toward orgasm. If and when orgasm occurs, it will release a healing flood of pleasure throughout your entire body.

8. Be brave.

Understand that even with the best partner, sacred sex is bound to be somewhat scary. Why? Because as in any encounter with the divine, you will have to let go of control and surrender to a power greater than your own. Sacred sex is loving sex, and love is not for cowards; it takes courage to plunge into that purifying blaze. The ego may balk, yet our body and soul live for that crazy, exhilarating plunge. There is nothing more noxious to the body than being inhabited by an ego that refuses to let go. Our body yearns to reconnect with the eternal source of its being, and grieves when we becomes so fearful that we refuse the healing medicine of ecstatic pleasure. A body deprived of ecstasy and of the cleansing, purifying stream of bliss is never a happy body.

9. Open to God as your lover.

Meditate on a divine Being who blesses your sexuality and desires you with as much passion as you desire Him or Her. Mystics of all spiritual traditions have invoked God as a lover who led them into states of rapture and orgasmic pleasure. By accepting God as our lover, we invite sacredness into our sexual experience. On the other hand, opening to the divine lover will also transform our spiritual practice. In the presence of the God the lover, worship becomes lovemaking, and lovemaking becomes worship.

10. Take the next step.

Ask yourself, "What is the next step in my sexual life?" Taking the next step can mean telling your lover about your sexual fantasies, writing erotica, or choosing to be celibate. For one woman, taking the next step meant visiting a local sex shop. "I was scared," she remembers. "Decent people just didn't do that kind of thing. Then I thought, 'Okay. It's time for you to admit to the world that you are interested in sex.'" What's the next step for you?

Spiritual Love making

Sincere lovemaking happens on physical, mental, spiritual and emotional levels. You may not realize it but when two people are making love and experiencing a strong emotional connection, that connection is actually telepathic. Two people in love do not simply experience similar emotions, but perceive the same emotional energy field. The emotional sensations contain, or are accompanied by, physical sensory information. In other words, the physical sexual stimulation of one person can be perceived by the other. When a woman experiences her more intense sensations during intercourse and orgasm, her partner is able to share in her sensations. This is why a man should appreciate his ability to satisfy a woman well.

The psychic component of sexual interaction occurs when conditions allow the perceptions of both individuals to become similar. As mentioned earlier, telepathy is a merger of consciousness. The fewer differences there are in the perceptions of two people, the closer they are to sharing each other's experience. This naturally occurs during sincere lovemaking. Both individuals experience strong stimulation of their primary sex organs, both are face to face (usually) with another person and feel the contact of another body in front from neck to groin. These are strong similarities of experience. If both individuals also focus their attention and emotions on the other person there is actually very little difference in the two perceptions, so telepathy occurs naturally. Under ideal conditions this merger of conscious awareness results in a complete blending of "self" with "other" and is experienced as an expression of God consciousness. This generally happens during the moment of climax, though it can also occur throughout much of the entire sexual experience.

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it.

Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart. Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front
of the crowd and said, "Why your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine." The crowd and the young man looked at the old man's heart. It was beating strongly,
but full of scars, it had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn't fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were missing.

The people stared -- how can he say his heart is more beautiful, they thought? The young man looked at the old man's heart and saw its state and laughed. "You must be joking," he said. "Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears."

"Yes," said the old man, "yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love - I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared. Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn't returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges -- giving love is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the
space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?"

The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart, and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man's heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges. The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since love from the old man's heart flowed into his. They embraced and walked away side by side.

1. I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with you.

2. No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is, won't make you cry.

3. Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

4. A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart.

5. The worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them knowing you can't have them.

6. Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.

7. To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.

8. Don't waste your time on a man/woman, who isn't willing to waste their time on you.

9. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the person, we will know how to be grateful.

10. Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.

11. There's always going to be people that hurt you so what you have to do is keep on trusting and just be more careful about who you trust next time around.

12. Make yourself a better person and know who you are before you try and know someone else and expect them to know you.

13. Don't try so hard, the best things come when you least expect them to.

REMEMBER: WHATEVER HAPPENS, HAPPENS FOR A REASON.

Dear Angels,

On this fourth day of the fourth month at the hour of four and forty-four minutes, we call upon ALL of the earth's angels for help, guidance, protection, and assistance. Angels, pleae help us to see the light, love, and truth within ourselves and within every one we meet. Help us to see the Divine perfection within ourselves and within each other. Help us to focus upon the inner light, and not the superficial illusion, of other people. Help us to release blame, resentment, unforgiveness, impatience, and other emotions which could block our experience of joy and peace. Help us to stay focused upon the present moment, and to enjoy each moment fully. Help us to release all worries, and to remember to ask for and to accept help along the way. Angels, please give us clear guidance that we can easily understand, about our own spiritual growth, about our Divine life purpose, and about how we can be happier, kinder, and more at peace. Angels, please protect the world and everyone in it. We ask that any plots of darkness be revealed to the light, and stopped before they could come to fruition. We join with you in surrounding the world and everyone in it, with light for spiritual growth, healing, and protection. Angels, please assist the children of the planet, and give us a Divine assignment so that we can help the children. We ask that the children's needs are met. We ask that the children are treated with love, kindness, and respect. We ask that the children keep their sensitivity and spiritual gifts alive and awakened. We now will silently pray and ask for guidance. Thank you, Angels, for this help, guidance, protection, and assistance. We now open our arms to receive Heaven's help with gratitude and appreciation. We know that the more that we allow ourselves to be helped, the more we are able to help others and the world. Amen."

Don't Ever Forget
Your presence is a gift to the world,
You're unique and one of a kind.
Your life can be what you want it to be -
Take it one day at a time.
Count your blessings, not your troubles,
And you'll make it through what comes along.
Within you are so many answers,
Understand, have courage, be strong.
Don't put limits on yourself,
Your dreams are waiting to be realized.
Don't leave your important decisions to chance -
Reach for your peak, your goal, and your prize.
Nothing wastes more energy than worrying -
The longer a problem is carried, the heavier it gets.
Don't take things too seriously -
Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.
Remember that a little love goes a long way -
Remember that a lot goes forever.
Remember that friendship is a wise investment,
Life's treasures are people... together.
Have health and hope and happiness,
Take the time to wish on a star.
And don't ever forget for even a day...
How very special YOU are!

Searching for your Soulmate? Expecting your Soulmate to be a perfect
match for you? Thinking that once you are together all will flow
effortlessly between you.? If so, then you are on the wrong planet. Like
any other relationship, Soulmates will experience their ups and downs.
Unlike other relationships, the ups will be much higher and the downs will
be much lower... but the learning and the love will be that much greater.

What sets a Soulmate relationship apart is the intensity of the passion
between the partners. This is somthing that is better experienced than
explained. Yet once you have been touched by true Soulmate love in any
lifetime, you will always be the better for it. Just knowing about how
you have loved your Soulmate in the past more than makes up for feeling
the pain of separation if you cannot be together in this life now.

Just knowing that you are capable of feeling the greatest love possible
cannot help but to make you feel better about yourself, especially if you
have regarded yourself as a failure at relationships. Remembering that
past love can heal the wounds of a multitude of other failed
relationships... that is how powerful Soulmate love truly is.

From a karmic standpoint, what makes the Soulmate relationship special is
how much and how quickly the partners in it can change and grow. What
might have taken you lifetimes to learn on your own can be learned in the
space of years with a loving partner at your side. That is why Soulmates
are routinely brought together on Earth. That is why so many people are
so obsessed with the search for a Soulmate: it is the call of Soul
bringing them to a Soulmate relationship where they will realize their
highest purpose and greatest joy.

Commitment Before Love

Love isn’t something discovered and sealed in an instant; rather, it’s something that develops, deepens, and strengthens through a couple’s shared experiences. The more time you spend together, the more openness you share; the more conversations you have and events you experience as a couple, the deeper in love you’ll fall.

In addition to becoming one flesh through lovemaking and one spirit through shared spiritual goals, you must also become one mind through shared memories and one hearth through shared joys and pain. Hence, a long life of shared experience is the very fabric of love, weaving its intertwined threads into a single brilliant pattern. Love may have a qualitative aspect, but it also has a quantitative dimension. Look at your time together as an investment: The more you deposit, the greater the returns. See it as an occasion for nurturing love from genesis to fruition and beyond.

Shared experience fosters the love. Adam and Eve didn’t date for forty years before they fell in love and married. They didn’t even date for forty days and forty nights. No, their commitment came first; their love followed. When first they met, they saw that all the fundamental components were there. And because of that they committed to each other, then fell in love. This is counterintuitive, especially these days, but it’s crucial. It is commitment that makes us fall in love: commitment to daily and mundane shared experiences, domestic chores, the breakfast drill, casually holding hands in the park, advising each other about problems at work, coming to depend on each other, building a life together, raising kids together, and jointly navigating the vicissitudes of life. Like the hooks and eyes of a woman’s dress, it’s the tiny, seemingly insignificant details of everyday life that serve to fasten a man and a woman together until they begin to feel inseparable.

This is what all the lonely singles today, who date and date searching for perfection, ultimately don’t understand. Love can’t precede commitment. Sure, you can be strongly attracted before commitment. You can be “in like.” But you aren’t yet in love. Think of it: If one of your friends told you, “I just love my job; I start next week,” wouldn’t you think it absurd? Rather, you fall in love with your job over time. As you and the job grow together and define your experience, you come to love what it has become. The same is true of sharing a life. You choose a person who seems worthy and likely, and then the two of you grow together, ever more deeply in love.

If you, as a single person, are merely biding your time, waiting to fall in love before you feel ready to commit, I’d counsel you that love won’t happen until you commit. We’re so cautious today, unprepared to take a leap of faith until we have certainty. Yet as we’ve seen, certainty--monotony, predictability, sameness--can often be a recipe for disaster. It’s a husband’s certainty that his wife would never leave him, that she’s a mountain he’s already conquered, that leads him to believe he can have an affair and get away with it. “Well, my wife is totally won over,” he thinks. “My work is done here. But that stranger over there, gee, I wonder if I could get her.” That constant gap of difference, that little bit of uncertainty, is what keeps us from taking each other for granted. It may seem like a paradox, but it’s true: In the most successful relationships, uncertainty actually contributes to the security of the partners’ commitment, by pushing each to strengthen the partnership.

The great secret of falling in love, I believe, is that it can be summoned. You can actually decide to fall in love with someone, and your heart will follow.

We must learn to be active in governing our passions, rather than being governed by them. Husbands come to me all the time, complaining, “I fell out of love with my wife. I’m no longer interested in my wife. She doesn’t turn me on. That’s why I’m having an affair.” I tell them, “With all due respect, sir, you’re being lazy. You can fall back in love with your wife if you want to, if you direct your heart to do so. Bur you don’t want to. What if an employee told you, 'I’m sorry, but I’m no longer interested in working today'? What would you tell your children if they came home from school, propped themselves up in front of the TV for six hours, and said, 'Homework just isn’t turning me on tonight. I don’t feel like it'? I presume you’d tell them, 'Well, make yourself feel like it. Have some respect for yourself, and make yourself put a little effort into it. Nothing good comes easily.'”

We have it in our own power to nurture love in our hearts, if only we set our minds to it. Those who fail to see this, I believe, have lost faith in their own basic ability to grow as human beings, to change and improve. They take the easy way out, looking only for signs that their new lover echoes the old things they already know about themselves. But when the two find they’re not interested in growing together, and the magic wears off, they end up parting and wondering why love always seems to fail them. The answer? Because they failed to build it together. This is why I always say I don’t believe in love at first sight. Would you believe in the young person who, when presented with a flesh wound, decides to “become a doctor at first sight”?

In the Talmud, it is observed that an olive releases its oil only when pressed. In the same manner, lovers release their richest love after they've been pressed, once life's challenging times have put them through the wringer.

Adam and Eve, it's safe to say, had rather a life-changing experience together. When they fell from the Garden, it was as if their company were downsized, their house foreclosed, their furniture repossessed, their SUV stolen, all in the same fateful week. And yet they survived and thrived. The adversity strengthened them. Adam and Eve lived to the ripe old age of 930. I would speculate that it was after being expelled from Eden that they truly fell in love.

Love is an amazing blessing, but it takes work. As M. Scott Peck wrote in The Road Less Traveled, “If an act is not one of work or courage, then it is not an act of love. There are no exceptions. The principal form that the work of love takes is attention. When we love another we give him or her our attention; we attend to that person’s growth.”
